THE GIRLS

*~*~*The Girls*~*~*
I've been wanting to write this post for a few weeks now because I have had a huge feeling of thankfulness for my wonderful friends! I have the best ones there are and there's no doubt about it!
This picture about sums it up! Each and everyone of us is our own person but we ALL know how to have fun!

Steph - The Stephinator!

Steph is quite the CATCH! As an aspiring Pharmacist she works her butt off with a smile on her face! She's not afraid to be herself no matter the circumstance and she will always leave you laughing! She is an awesome volleyball player, loves The Bachelor, The Office, Brian Regan and drives stick! I think she should do a comedy show with him, she'd give him a run for his money! Unfortunately we didn't become friends til late in High School so we've missed out on tons of memories that could have been made but Steph and I could seriously not talk for over a year and still have so much fun together! (Oh wait, we've done that!) Our apartment abiding days were short lived as we were roommates down at SUU together. We shared some good times down there and Steph has really helped me see that when you gotta buckle down and get the important stuff done, it will pay off. Recently she said something that kinda hit me, "Sometimes you just gotta put your big girl pants on and go to work!" This girl knows how to work hard and knows how to play even harder when she puts her mind to it. She has no idea but the picture I took of her with her books all spread out on the floor at SUU made a huge impact on me. I wasn't much for studying, ever. Her relationship with her sisters is something I admire and hope to have with mine, her sense of humor and her dedication to everything: be it school, her relationships, religion, there's nothing that this girl doesn't do half way. Even through the crap you've been through, you're still a huge example to me! I love you Steph!

Crystal - The Red Fury
The other beautiful Red Head in my life is Crystal! Right now she is serving an LDS Mission in Brazil and coming home this Wednesday! I'm so excited to see her and give her a big hug! This girl is aMaZiNg! She is spunky and sweet, fiesty and fun! We met when we were 8 years old and have been close friends ever since! She did Cheer in highschool and was always friends with EVERYONE! I think of so many memories and am grateful to call her my friend! She graduated from Utah State and helped shape my life by her always awesome example. She is always modest and still so gorgeous, she knows how to put her shoulder to the wheel and push with all her might to get what she wants! Her decision to serve a mission touched me and gave me yet another reason to be so grateful to have such a good friend in my life! Her weekly testimonies through the past year and a half always gave me something to look forward to reading! She is obsessed with pickles, is an only child, has a beautiful and strong spirit and knows how to let it all go and have fun! Watch out boys! She's comin' home and about to rock the dating scene! I love you Crystal!

Erica - The Bodacious Babe!
Okay! This girl blows my mind all the time! She is soooo great! Erica is a fantastic artist! Anything she tries, just shocks everyone out of the world! I remember in high school she wanted one of her paintings to be so authentic she actually put real blood on it! haha! Hardcore for sure! We played soccer together ages ago! That's how I got started, I went to one of her games when I was 9 years old and her coach asked me if I wanted to play! So I owe my history of soccer all to Erica! She is so inventive and creative! She was always the one to go out on a limb and try something new, music junkie, she likes to make cakes, (she made her own wedding cake!) fashion junkie, she can pull off ANY hairstyle and is always making me wish I had a sense of style! Something I admire about this fabulous girl is that she tells it like it is. I remember one time she just blew up at me when we were hanging out and told me to shut up and stop whining and to do something about it! Haha! Don't remember what it was about but who cares, a girl can always use a very honest friend who doesn't beat around the bush! Erica also got me a job at Walker Edison Furniture, we worked together for awhile which was SO Awesome to work with a bestie! I love you Erica. Thanks for being a huge part of my life!
The Terrific Trio.... as we have been called.
I can't find our really fun pictures... :( our punk rock band, erica's costume dress up day, Jimmy Eat World Concert pics, etc.

One more story about the Terrific Trio here. There was a point in our lives where Erica had an eye infection and her name was Patcho, Crystal had hurt herself and was called Gimpo and I had gone tanning and got burned really bad and I was called Crispo. Our nicknames still live on. Crystal and I walked into Erica's house as Erica was walking to the front door and I remember we all just looked at each other and laughed because we were so pathetic! It was so fun! So we had to come up with names!

Girl Power!

Lindsay -My Sista from anotha Mista

Hopefully she doesn't hate me for this picture but her face just defines her whole outlook on life! Here she is, in labor (and it wasn't such a great one either) and she is smiling, gritting her teeth saying BRING IT ON but... LET'S GET THIS OVER WITH ALREADY! That's how Lindsay is. If something is coming her way then she'll take it on, most of the time. :) Lindsay and I have been best friends since 5th grade. She was a brat (I say this with love) and I was way too sensitive. Over the years we have met in the middle! She has shaped and molded my life the most out of anyone I know. We have put each other through crap and pulled through it. We've been on road trips, vacations, soccer tournaments, gone through boys, tears, stupid coaches, our rough years with parents, school dances, car accidents, shopping, getting in trouble, hating each other, and deciding that the first one of us to die will put a pile of rocks on the other's front porch just to say Hi and I'm watching over you! Lindsay played a mean game of soccer and was so fast! She had the quickest most funny comebacks of anyone I ever knew, she taught me! Although I'm still not as good at it as she is. We went to Oakcrest together and had many sleep overs. She is now a darling little baby mama and has been through her share of complications when it comes to babies! But this girl won't ever give up. Nobody can make decisions for her, it's Lindsay's way and she has come out on top being a brilliant beautiful lady!
This picture should have two babies in it as of TODAY!
Congratulations my sweet friend!
Crystal will be the first one of us all to make it to Heaven. Talk about a ROCK! She is the most kind, loving, caring, humble, sweet friend! Don't let her fool you though, even though she is oober proper and appropriate, she can rock-climb, hike, play soccer, ride motorcycles handle just about everything that comes her way and she can still sew, cook, dance, (yeah like ballroom style), she's a Disney music junkie too and she can gracefully handle more little kids at a time than anyone I know! This girl DOES IT ALL! (Did I mention she was a goalie, that means she has guts too!) I bet there is at least some kind of gear/equipment in her trunk as I type this, whether it be a harness, soccer ball, tennis racket, hiking boots or something, she is never unprepared for an adventure. Oh and when she writes you letters or thank you notes, they are in cursive! Not to mention she has a degree! That's how amazing she is! She is a perfect example of a good Mom and I love the fact that she is my friend! She would do just about anything for anyone, as long as it didn't include killing someone or something of that nature. Never does she, ever, think of herself first. Constantly she is looking for ways to serve others. Her hair is always done cute I would definitely not be the person I am today without her!
P.S. I don't know why this is underlined and I can't get it off.
Lindsay's beautiful baby boy Jaxon! Crystal's Kayla Ann is in her belly and mine was at home with dada!
These are them... The friends in my life. Forever and ever. They helped make me who I am today and will help make me who I am tomorrow too! Even though our lives are all so different than what we ever thought they would be, we are all still us and that's the way it should be!
P.S. I have thieved away some of these pictures! So if they look familiar that's why!

There is nothing like a good friend.
Bree.. You are amazing! This is so very thoughtful and totally made my day. I don't know where I would be without you in my life. You have always been such an amazing friend and example to me. I admire what a strong person you are. You have been through a lot in life and always remain positive. I'm so blessed to have you as a friend and although we may not get to see eachother as often as we would like I know we will always remain close through our memories and love for eachother. Thank you for being a part of my life.
p.s. I'm sorry I told you to stop whining.. I'm the biggest whiner ever and have no room to talk :)
See you on Wednesday!
You are so freakin' nice :) BFFs for life! Also, i should never go up against another comedian that I admire because that is where I get all my material... None of it is original. :) Love you so much!
See you soon
What a sweet tribute to your friends. Thank you for sharing it!
