2012
What's gonna happen this year?
I'll turn 25, Brynlee 3 and Ty 28.
Ty is going to start working on his Bachelor Degree.
I'll be working on my AS.
Brynlee might start preschool. (This one's debatable)
I will run my first half marathon.
We will have been in our home for a year in Feb.
Who knows, maybe we'll get rid of our fish and get a dog.
We will read the Book of Mormon and have more FHE's.
We will pay off some student loans!
Many other things I'm sure will be added to this list as the year progesses!
CHRISTMAS last year was great! We celebrated from Saturday night until Wednesday night. It lasted a lot longer this year and I LOVED IT! We tried taking a family picture before church on Christmas day but they didn't turn out very good at all so we get individs with Brynlee!

Ty's 2012 PGA pass. The first thing out of his mouth was, "What is it?"
After he figured it out he was pretty excited and couldn't stop smiling.
I'm excited to see where this pass takes us this year.
It has discounts to 70+ golf courses around the state of Utah.
We're gonna try to hit up as many as we can afford! |
Christmas was great. Between seeing cousins I don't see often, seeing and talking to Justin, tying blankets for the Christmas Box House, singing carols, white elephant gifts, waking up for breakfast at 9:00 AM the day after, eating lots of good food, going to church, teaching Brynlee about Jesus' birth, watching my little girl rip into gifts, me fitting into size 5/6 jeans Ty bought for me (it made me so happy!), and just enjoying being with my family, I can't possibly choose a favorite part.

Ice skating..... She cried when we put the skates on her.
She cried when we stood her up on the ice.
She cried the entire time we were on the ice...
which was all of 2 rounds around the rink.
It was worth a try right! |

| Such a little bug. |

| Duh Mom, toys don't belong in the toy box!!!! This is my 2 year olds rendition of cleaning. |
 |
For a few weeks in December we had an adopted pet bird.
Ty named him Norm.
Brynlee loved to come out the door and just watch him.
It worried me just a smidgeon because
WHAT WOULD I HAVE DONE IF HE FLEW IN THE HOUSE?? |
Now the holidays are over, real life sets in again. School, work, and every day life is back in full swing.
I get to go to Girls Camp this year since I'm in Young Womens. I'm super excited for that, it's not til August though. This year I would like to complete the Personal Progress program as well because it has changed so much since I did it 7 years ago. (Geez has it really been that long?) Also, I am learning a bit of Spanish from one of my clients. In that light I say to you....
Feliz Neuvo Ano

when were you going to tell me you were in YW's??? You failed to mention that ALLLLL the times I have seen you. Yeah! We get to both go to camp this year. I am not looking forward to being there in June because based on how the weather has been, it will still be snowing. Oh well, haven't been since I was 18 and I am so exicted. I am sure the girls love you! I Love you!
It sounds like you had a great holiday season. Those Christmas Sunday pictures are adorable. Brynlee is such a cutie. You have some fun things coming up this year! Congrats on being in Young Women's. I'll bet that's a lot of fun and that you are awesome at it. I'm sure the girls really look up to you. Also, kudos to you on learning Spanish! Keep at it! You can do it!
