Her spot for solace, reading and chatting over the fence to Kambria.

Brynlee's 2nd Grade Informance. It was informative. They danced as they performed routines that showed us countries around the world. She smiled the whole time.

Brynlee and the other girl are representing the continent Europe.

Date Night/Paint Night. Redeeming our Christmas gift. It was fun. At first we weren't really sure how it was going to turn out but they both look great. Ty's mountains are better, my sky is better. Just fun to try something new and step out of our comfort zones.

Superbowl! Definitely liking that good looking man in the glasses. I attempted an Eagles logo outline, didn't turn out so great. Ty wrote "This is a cake" on his, how original.
High Fitness fundraiser event for 100% Humanity downtown at Vivint Smart Home Arena. All the proceeds went to help women entrepreneurs in underdeveloped countries. We had already taught class that morning so we were pretty dang tired. Got to dance it out on the floor with this cute girl so it was all worth it. For the record, I had taught/attended 5 classes that week, so saying I was tired was kind of an understatement.
I feel so blessed to have a home people can gather and make memories. So glad I could help with Makinzie's baby shower and play hostess. Family is everything.
After the shower was over and cleaned up I was able to fulfill an assignment to clean the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. I got to know some of the ladies in my ward a little better and that really helped me in a lot of ways.
Help! These three hulks had to throw all their weight into jamming these gorgeous things into the wall. It was hysterical to watch and listen to all the grunting and heavy breathing haha!
Another High Fitness event success! Teaching a Valentine's class with some new instructors (Crystal was sick though so she just took pictures). Mindy Sharp and Shyanne Archibald showed up and totally surprised me and made my night! Also, something funny, I saw James through the window of the studio looking out into the gym. We were teaching at VASA and I had no idea he would be there! Made me laugh out loud.
Hooray for swim lessons and having a crush on your swim teacher! I've never seen her listen to a teacher so intently before.
For Valentine's Day this year I planned a fun family dinner. Nothing too crazy but tried to have it be special. I got out the fun class stemmed glasses, made Brynlee's favorite spaghetti, had salad, garlic knots and a Jumex juice (haha) and the best part was we ate dinner by candlelight. Brynlee was sober weirded out and couldn't figure out what the heck we were doing. She thought it was weird we didn't have the lights on and asked if we could turn them on. When I told her no and that it was fun, she looked at me all funky and just kind of shrugged her shoulders. Silly girl.
Later on that week, I wasn't feeling great so I laid down to take a nap before Ty got home from work. He woke me up and surprised me with flowers and a hand written dinner menu. Brynlee took my order and they both served me dinner in bed on our biggest cutting board since we don't have a tray. Brynlee sure was cheesing it up and fully enjoyed herself. So we all ate sushi in my bed that night. This is/will be one of my favorite memories. I love spontaneity and spending time together as a family without any distractions around.
Helping Dad shovel our ginormous driveway. It takes a lot longer than our other driveway.
One thing I love about Brynlee is while I am practicing High Fitness in my little work room, she will just come in there with her plethora of tiny toys and play while I work. She just does her thing, while I do mine and it is our way of being together sometimes. I love that she loves to be around me.
