Welcome to YIN Wellness.
We had a black out party to celebrate our new space. It's so pretty, nice and smells good too.
Family photos up Yellowfork in Herriman, done by an old friend Marty Millett. I love them!

Last game of the season. So sad to see it end. It was chilly and dark but we made it work. Being the Team Manager really helped me get to know the parents and girls more than I ever would have. It was extra work but I did enjoy the relationships made. Now on to indoor and hopefully a tournament soon! Looking forward to that!
Mark helped me make our Christmas lights look super profesh this year. Last year was a mess and I was not about to do that again. They are cut to size and each light has it's own clip and extension cords and plugs are in the right places and I love how they look. Taking them down may be a different story but hopefully it makes my life easier next year and the year after that and the year after that. ツ
Walker Edison's Managers Retreat at Deer Valley. Man that was exhausting but so worth it. Isn't it interesting how the things that are the most work and tiring are the most fulfilling. For the first time in my life, I drove to Deer Valley, stayed in a hotel by myself, stayed in a hotel in Park City and ate a steak dinner alone at 9:00 at night. Ha! I love my job! I was also able to go work with a client that had moved away to Heber and they recommended this restaurant, Back 40 Ranch House Grill, which was so delicious. Sleeping in a king size bed by myself has its advantages but it's also kind of lonely too.
High Fitness is going strong. Crystal is a champ and taught all the way up until she had baby Lincoln. She started slowing down a bit but her last class we did a baby themed class. They weren't finding out what they were having so we asked people to wear blue or pink depending on what they thought she was having. We played a game and had people work out with a balloon under their shirts! It was hard and super hilarious! My belly was super sweaty haha! We surprised her with mini High baby shower after class and showered her with gifts and Mama Red brought cupcakes. She was totally surprised and I'm so glad we pulled it off. Funny story, she did three burpees that night and it basically sent her in to labor by the next morning and almost had the baby without drugs!

County project. Brynlee picked Rich county so it was basically all about Bear Lake and raspberries. It was fun to do with her because it wasn't last minute and we were both using our creative juices. She was super proud of it and we had a good time together.
I just love her.
Double date that took us forever to plan because I'm so stinkin' busy these days. But Corner Bakery Cafe (where we randomly saw Mom and Dad haha) and Alcatraz Escape room were awesome. I loved the escape room. We didn't get out in time, barely. I want to go do another one but apparently it isn't Ty's favorite.
Thanksgiving Day.
High was actually really hard that morning. I was struggling so I'm way glad Erin came to teach with me. Not sure I would've made it through class without her. We spent the day with Ty's fam and then had another Thanksgiving dinner with my family two days later on Saturday which is when we did our Adoption exchange stuff. Zoey (8) and Haven (1). I absolutely love doing this every year and am so thankful we are doing well enough to give to others. Hopefully they love what we got them and have a wonderful Christmas. We ended the night with Christmas in Color with Mimi piling in the back of the truck with the kiddos. Papa stayed home because he wasn't feeling well.

Among other activities, November brought us the Primary Program (which Brynlee is sooo over cause she's too cool for it now). Brynlee pulled out another tooth. And it snowed, a few times.
Happy Thanksgiving!
