Odds and Ends *~* Curlers, Mummies and Hippie Mermaid Chicks

 Continuing the summer....

First time in curlers.
She did a good job holding still.
Especially for it being her first time and not knowing what to expect.
I think I did a good job for not knowing what the heck I was doing.
Guess I better get used to doing things like this since we're putting her in dance.

I think next time we will use the bigger ones so she doesn't look so Shirley Temple-ish.
Even though she's still as cute as pie.
Toby totally photo bombed this picture.
Our Hippie Mermaid Chick.
She steals my stretchy headbands and wears them like this.
If I can't find them, I know she's got them somewhere.
This girl is a sucker for suckers.
I'd have to say it's her favorite candy.
Apparently she was too tired to finish this one.
Something else she is a sucker for.... Potato bugs.
Oh and snails, lady bugs, and a few others.
Silly little girl.
I remember collecting potato bugs on my way to Academy park when I lived in WVC.
I'd keep them in my little pink Caboodle and they'd escape into my tote tray during school.
Like mother like daughter.
:)

For my birthday, Ty got us Mummies of the World Tickets.
He wanted to help me cross something off my 'list'.
For the birthday we ate at Atlantic Cafe, went to the Exhibit and Ty took me through the SL Library because I had never actually been in there.
We found the cutest little shop in there called The English Garden.
It was so adorable. Fresh herbs, flowers. plants and little trinkets.
I could've spent hours in there and it was a teensy little shop.
At some point I'll make my way back down there for some new odds and ends.
