It took over 10 years of marriage but we finally have a garage of our own. Funny part was that for the first few months of living in our new place, Ty hasn't been able to park in it because we had boxes and a bunch of stuff in it so he kindly let me park in it until we came to this day!
Uncle Marker came to help us build a shelf so we would have a place to put all of our storage stuff and Ty could finally have a spot in the garage. It only took one day from start to finish and the result was fabulous!

Finished product!! Ty's baby barely fits but it FITS. He eventually hung up a tennis ball to help him park it in there. We were so excited! Just in time for winter so no scraping windows and freezing in the car waiting for it to warm up! No more bringing groceries inside in the rain, no more burning my hands on my steering wheel and dying of heat in the summer. So exciting!
