She came back!
This girl is back from having her cute baby. She's my hero.
Took Mama out to Color Me Mine for her birthday. I didn't get completed project pictures but hers was so pretty!
Not sure you can tell but this vile speck of a creature is not going to go down in history as a fond memory for us. One Sunday morning before church, Ty had already left to go help set up chairs and I started doing Brynlee's hair only to be entirely shocked to see this thing crawling around in her hair. Yep, lice. Ugh. The phrase 'fine tooth comb' means something entirely different to me now. We spent at least a half hour going through her hair and thoroughly washing it again. Ty and I had a meeting with the Bishop that morning that obviously I didn't make it to. Brynlee was so mortified and just kept saying, "Mom why do I have lice?" I seriously had to reassure her that she didn't do anything wrong, sometimes it just happens. We got several of those jerks out of her hair and only a couple of nits and we haven't had a problem since. I checked her hair everyday for almost two weeks to make sure. I had never seen lice before but as soon as I saw it I knew exactly what it was! So glad that's over.
