As per usual December festivities leading up to Christmas were many and merry. There were also some other 'festivities' going on as well. Dad had a total knee replacement done on the 13th and I got to spend the day with him and Mom at the hospital. Hopefully this helps him feel better. Cap'n Ron in his hat in the hospital bed.
In traditional Ty fashion he got all excited to make me something for Christmas. He asked for my hot glue gun and my sewing rotary cutter. I was super confused and couldn't figure it out at first but he kept giving me hints and I eventually got it! He made me a puzzle mat! It is so cool! Also, how cute is this tiny little piece of pumpkin pie? I didn't have any for Thanksgiving and was dying to have some so I bought myself a mini one to enjoy.
Sooo.... I couldn't get myself together enough to do family pictures the year. Not having a formal picture for our Christmas card was kind of getting to me so I graciously asked Tisha if she would take some. The day we picked to do them was seriously so snowy but I was just glad to get a picture we could put on our card. We were all freezing our faces off and our poor Toby we had to keep wrapping up in a blanket between pictures so he wouldn't freeze too!

Christmas in Color. So neat to have the lights tuned to music on the radio. Treats and food at Kneaders to follow at the Kneaders with the Lawrence crew.
Thank goodness Maga planned gingerbread houses this year because I don't think I could've made Ty do it this go around since he doesn't like do them. Brynlee and I love it. Our house was pretty cool with our new house number on it!
Always count on Dad for an intense Wii session.
So this chica got hungry one evening and wanted eggs. I forced her to make them herself. After tears that she couldn't do it and being scared of the open flame on the stove (don't blame her but you gotta learn some time right?), she finally got up the courage to make them and she was extremely proud of herself.
Luminaria with the Williamson fam was so sparkly and neat. Loved the Christ garden and how it made me feel so close to the Savior. The lights, music and smells were delightful. As were the amazing gingerbread houses, giant gingerbread cookie and hot chocolate.
Along with the child starting to learn how to cook will come the child making different and more messes. If you can't see it in the picture, the seasoning and noodles were all over the counter and undoubtedly spilled between the counter and the stove.
Brynlee's School Christmas program. She was so happy to see me there! They sang a few songs, "You and I will bake a pumpkin pie! All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth! Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer! Feliz Navidad!" They gave everyone a cookie at the end and she was so happy to help me eat mine.
December is exhausting for sure.
High Fitness Christmas party! Plus we did a pop up shop (which I wish I would've gotten pictures of) at our new Body Logic location. We had Land of Salt (Erica's shop), Shop Stevie, Zyia, Thrive and a couple other vendors there. It was fun to shop after class and chat with people.

Maylee's dance recital. Love these little girls.
Non pictured December stuff: Christmas Devotional, Initiatories at the temple with Tisha and Sunni, insurance issues with our oven (so frustrating and it's still not fixed), and Drew's birthday party.
